Mainly responsible for operations and management of both China Energy Net Research Center and China Energy Net. She studied mechanical engineering at Beijing Industrial University, then worked as a researcher at the Dynamics Institute of China Science Academy. She also studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received her Master in Physics and Master in Industrial Engineering and Operational Research later.
